High Chief Ademola Oladaiye is the Chairman Board of Trustees of the Foundation. He holds a B.Sc. (First Class Honours) Degree in Mathematics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and an MBA in Finance and Administration from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
He is a banker of repute with over 23 years post-graduation experience, having started his career in 1992 in the Treasury Unit of ICON Stockbrokers Limited. He joined Guaranty Trust Bank Plc where he rose to the level of Manager and worked in various departments including banking operations and marketing. He moved to First City Monument Bank Plc in 2001 as an Assistant Vice President with responsibility for Commercial Banking and Public Sector Group – Lagos.
He joined Access Bank Plc in May 2002 as an Assistant General Manager and was part of the dynamic management team that drove the bank’s corporate transformation and brand identity agenda. He actively participated in the bank’s turnaround and transformation program. He left Access bank as a General Manager for United Mortgage Bank Limited as one of its promoters and its pioneer Deputy Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer till July 2012. He is currently the Group Managing Director of Initiative Group of Companies. Oladaiye is a honest, disciplined, and transparent with high integrity. He is a professional to the core with experience in banking, finance, real estate and Human Capital Management.
Ademola attended various training programmes both locally and internationally including; Banking Operations Academy, a Euromoney UK programme, Achieving Outstanding Performance, an INSEAD Executive Management Program (EMP) and Effective Project Management by Lagos Business School (LBS) among others. A full member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) and a Honourary Senior member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB).
The journey of his life so far has motivated him to show passion to others especially the less privileged individuals and the down trodden. This has encouraged him to establish Joseph & Eunice Oladaiye Foundation to honour his parents and pursue their ideals and beliefs.
He is happily married to Chief (Mrs.) OlabisiIyabo Oladaiye and blessed with three God fearingchildren.
Chief Esan holds a B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, MSc. in Transport Planning from Lagos State University, Ojo-Lagos and an MBA in Marketing Management from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State.
He started his career in 1991 as Data Analyst with Rank Xerox (Nigeria) Limited where he worked in various departments and rose to the position of Head of Shipping Operations in May, 2003. The position he held until 2005. He is currently at Lafarge Cement Wapco Nigeria Plc where he moved to in August, 2005 as Shipping & Logistics Manager.
He is also a member of Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply Management of Nigeria (CIPSMN). Chief Esan is an honest, disciplined and highly transparent individual. He is married with children.
Chief (Mrs.) Olabisi Oladaiye is a member of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees. She holds a B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos, Nigeria; Diploma in Public Health Superintendent and Health Inspector’s Certificate from School of Health Technology, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. She proceeded to LadokeAkintola University of Technology; Ogbomoso to obtain a Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Health and later an M.Sc degree in Public Health.
She is a Civil Servant of repute with over 24 years’ experience in Environmental and Public Health. She joined Local Government Service Commission in 1991 Lagos State a Government and had worked in various Local Governments; starting with Somolu Local Government in 1991, Alimosho Local Government 1997, AgbadoOke-Odo Local Government Development Area in 2005 to February, 2008, and Mushin Local Government from 2008 to 2013. She is presently Chief Environmental Health Officer in Ibeju Lekki Local Government.
She is a member of Environmental Health Officer Registration Council of Nigeria and has carried out over ten (10) research works on dedicated areas of interest in Health Science. Her interest is in Business Management, Environmental/Public Health initiatives and she enjoys traveling and assisting other less privileged individuals. She is happily married to High Chief Ademola Oladaiye and blessed with three children.
Chief (Mrs.) Oladaiye is humble, dedicated, enterprising, industrious, hardworking and God fearing.
Mr. Kola Alofe- Member-Mr. Alofe holds a B.Sc. Degree in Geology from the University of Benin, Nigeria and MSc. in Petroleum Geology & Sedimentology from University of Ibadan, Nigeria.
He started his career in 1987 with Mobil Producing Nigeria where he worked in various departments till date. He attended various courses locally and internationally. He also worked at various times in Mobil Corporation in Dallas and Houston, Texas USA on work assignments.
He is a member of Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorations, American Association of Petroleum Geologists and Nigerian Mining and Geoscientists Society. Mr. Alofe is a trustworthy, generous, disciplined and transparent man. He is married with children.
Mr. Lekan Ajisafe holds a B.Sc (HONs.) degree in Insurance from the University of Lagos. He is a member of both the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and London.
He has over 20years experience in oil and gas, aviation and general risk and participated as co-broker on NNPC insurance for the 2010 and 2013 insurance years.
Lekan started his career with Elmac Assurance Ltd, Gold Link Insurance Plc and First Guaranty Risk Solutions, where he was Head of Business Development and was instrumental in turning around the fortunes of the company. He later joined Capstone Insurance Brokers as Managing Director/CEO, helping to turn the company into a profit making organization for the period he was at the helm. He left this position to join forces with the new management and Board of Post Assurance Brokers Limited.
Lekan Ajisafe also sits on board of other companies. He presides over the running of affairs in Post Assurance. He has attended various training both local and international. He has worked on many other oil an aviation insurance accounts, making him one of the few experts in those particular fields in the insurance broking sub-sector. He has worked out partnership with London Llyods insurance market and some notable UK brokers. Lekan Ajisafe also formed partnership with several foreign companies in the United States of America and Africa.
He is happily married to Olubunmi and blessed with two kids.
Mrs Kafilat Ayodeji Araoye (nee Salami) was born on November 11, 1964 to the family of Dr & Mrs. M.Y. Salami.
Kafilat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Ile-Ife, now Obafemi Awolowo University (1985), and a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from the University of Lagos (1987), graduating as the best student in her Master’s degree class (1986/1987).
Kafilat’s wealth of banking experience spans over 24years in the areas of Human Resources, International and Domestic Operations, Payments, Clearing and General Management. She however commenced her career at the National Oil and Chemicals Marketing Company Plc (now Conoil Nigeria Plc) in 1988 and was there until 1990. She then proceeded to Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, Adeyemo Alakija, Lagos in 1990 as a pioneer staff of the Bank.
During the course of her career, she worked in various units within GTBank. She established the Personnel Unit (now Human Resources Group) in 1990, and in 1992, moved on to the Bank’s Foreign Operations Unit and was the Group Head of Operations (settlements) from 202 until 2011, having responsibility for all domestic and international settlement functions in the Bank. She was promoted to the level of General Manager in 2004 and was the Group Head, Human Resources for the Bank until February 2015.
She is an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB), an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPM). A Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, United Kingdom (MCIPD) and Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), USA.
Kafilat’s love for youth development is clearly demonstrated through her membership of the Governing Board of Crescent Schools, Victoria Island and City of Knowledge Academy, Ijebu Ode. She also regularly makes contributions to the cause of youth empowerment.
Kafilat represented GTBank as a non-executive Director of the Sokoa Chair Centre, a Nigerian firm that specializes in the local production of furniture of international standards. She retired from Guaranty Trust Bank Plc on 28th February, 2015. Kafilat is happily married to Dr. Adekunle Araoye with children.
Mr. Adesanya Sheriff Olalekan was born on April 30, 1974, he hails from Abeokuta, Ogun State. He is a graduate of University of Ilorin, Kwara State where he bagged a degree in Mechanical Engineering(B.Eng.). He has attended some training that has sharpened his skills as an entrepreneur.
He is married to his beautiful wife, Temidayo Eunice Adesanya (nee Sanyaolu) and they are blessed with a son. Presently, he is the Managing Director of TOTUGE, an ICT and office equipment company.
